LUBBOCK, Texas - Day two of the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown saw the No. 39 Texas Tech Lady Raiders climb up three spots into a tie for 13th after posting a second round team score of 307.

"We dug ourselves into a hole after yesterday's round," said Texas Tech head coach JoJo Robertson. "We had plenty of chances today to get a few back but left some shots out there. A solid round tomorrow will help up move up quite a bit."

The tournament, being held at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nev., saw a new leader take over as No. 17 Arizona fired a 294 in the second round to improve to 2-over after the first two rounds. No. 23 Washington (3-over) and No. 36 UC-Davis (6-over) round out the top three.

The Lady Raiders are currently tied with fellow Big 12 member Colorado as both schools are currently six strokes out of the Top 10 and 29 off the leader (Arizona).

Senior Rosalyn Kim continues to lead the Lady Raiders in the individual standings despite shooting 6-over in today's round. Kim is currently tied for 33rd with three other players and is sitting at 6-over (150) after the first two rounds of play. Junior Alex Gibson is the only other Tech player in the top 50 and is currently tied for 48th at 8-over (152).
