LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech's Ulrika Van Niekerk recorded her third-straight top10 finish and helped the Lady Raiders women's golf team to a seventh place finish at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown.

The Lady Raiders carded a five-under 859 and a tie for seventh with TCU and Long Beach. Pepperdine ran away with the tournament shooting a 43-under 823 for the tournament.

Van Niekerk shot a final round 71 to shoot six-under for the tournament and place ninth. It is her third-straight tournament to finish in the top 10. Rosalyn Kim duplicated her second-round score of 71 and shot five-under for the tournament and finish in 14th.

Alex Gibson improved on her final round shooting a three-over 219 for the tournament and place in a tie for 45th. Megan shot a shot a 72, her best round of the tournament, to finish in 61st with a six-over 222. Jackie Smith carded a seven-over 223 for the tournament and tied for 63rd place.

The Lady Raiders turn around this Sun., Nov. 2nd and play in the Challenge at Wolfdancer held in Austin, Texas.
