LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech Lady Raider golf team will be looking for its fourth top 10 finish of the spring season and second team title on the west coast at the Anteater Invitational, hosted by UC Irvine at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club in Irvine, Calif. The event begins with 36 holes on Mon., March 10, and wraps up with a final 18 on Tue., March 11.

In addition to Texas Tech and host UC Irvine, Austin Peay, Boise State, Cal Poly SLO, Cal State Northridge, Cal State San Marcos, Denver, Eastern Michigan, Iowa State, Kansas, Michigan and UC Riverside make up the 13-team field.

The Lady Raiders have played in three tournaments in the spring and have finished among the top 10 in each, including the top spot at the Lady Aztec Spring Invitational in San Diego during the spring's first event.

Megan Hull (Mansfield, Texas) leads the Lady Raiders with 78.1 strokes per round on the season. Jackie Ey (San Antonio, Texas), Kim Kolb (Sioux Falls, S.D.), Sheila Mendez (El Paso, Texas) and Hazel Tan (Sarasota, Fla.) make up the Texas Tech lineup for the event.

Texas Tech will take two weeks off following the Anteater Invitational before heading back to the west coast for the UCLA Bruin Classic March 24-26.
