LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's golf program had four players honored Monday as All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA).
Kim Kaufman, Gabby Dominguez and Hannah Arnold highlighted the list of 644 golfers honored nationwide as the trio was awarded for the third-consecutive season. Beverly Mendoza completed Tech's honorees as she was selected for the second-straight year.
The four players are among just seven Tech women's golfers all-time to be multiple-time All-American Scholar recipients, joining Deborah DeVilla (2011-12), Jamie Vannoy (1998-2000) and Jennifer Newhouse (2000, 2002).
The Lady Raiders have had at least four golfers selected to the team in each of the past three seasons under head coach JoJo Robertson.
Considered one of the more stringent awards in collegiate athletics, the All-American Scholar team requires a minimum of a 3.50 grade-point average.
