AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Longhorns recorded their second straight win while the Red Raiders suffered their second-straight shutout as the Longhorns prevailed 7-0 on Sunday afternoon at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.

Texas scored five goals in the first half including two by Kelly Wilson who ended the game with a total of three as she scored the seventh goal of the game midway through the second half. The Longhorn offense totaled 15 shots on goal while the defense held Tech in check with just two shots-on-goal.

The Red Raiders (2-9-1) travel to Norman on Friday to take on the Oklahoma Sooners at 7 p.m. before heading back to Lubbock for a Sunday non-conference match against UTEP.
