Hinkle Shines On U.S. U-23 National Team in Spain|
Junior Jaelene Hinkle helped the U.S. to win the Six Nations Tournament this week in Spain.

LUBBOCK, Texas - Junior Red Raider All-American Jaelene Hinkle helped the U.S. U-23 Women's National Team clinch the Six Nations Tournament title Wednesday in La Manga, Spain with a 2-1 victory over Norway.
Hinkle started in two of USA's three victories during the tournament. On Monday, she recorded an assist on Francis Silva's goal in the 31st minute of play to put the U.S. up 2-0 over Sweden - they would go on to win the match 2-1.
The three-time All-Big 12 defender, Hinkle recorded more than 1,500 minutes of action on the Red Raider backline in 2013 while making 17 starts in 23 matches. With a team-leading six assists on the season, Hinkle helped Tech advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the second-consecutive season.
Hinkle's 15 assists in three seasons at Tech ranks fourth in program history.
