Undefeated Red Raiders Travel to Ole Miss|
After a 1-0 shutout of Nevada Friday, the Red Raiders are set for their longest road trip of the season.

LUBBOCK, Texas. - The undefeated Red Raider soccer team is set for its first true road test of the 2012 season as the squad travels to Oxford, Miss., for a non-conference meeting with Ole Miss.
The match is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday at the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium.
"It will be our first true road test," head coach Tom Stone said. "Ole Miss, we have played them twice in the last two years, and we are well aware that they have improved and that this will be a very even game."
Sunday's match will mark the start of the longest road trip of the season for the Red Raiders as they begin a string of five consecutive matches away from the John Walker Soccer Complex.
Texas Tech improved to a perfect 5-0-0 Friday night with its fourth consecutive shutout in a 1-0 victory over Nevada at the John Walker Soccer Complex.
The Red Raiders benefitted from a late game-winning goal off a strike from Janine Beckie Friday night in the 82nd minute against Nevada. It marked the second game-winning goal by the young Highlands Ranch, Colo., native in just three matches.
The Red Raiders are seeking their first 6-0 start since the 1995 season.
