Red Raider Soccer Returns to the Road|

Lubbock, Texas - After two close matches this past weekend in Georgia, the Texas Tech soccer team travels to San Marcos, Texas, Wed., for a 7 p.m. match-up against the Texas State Bobcats. The match will be the third for the Red Raiders in a five match, 10-day stretch.
The Red Raiders are 1-1 all-time against the Bobcats with Tech winning the most recent match-up 3-0 in 2006. This will be Tech's first trip to the Bobcat Soccer Complex.
The match comes after the Red Raiders dropped two matches in the Georgia Nike Invitational, 4-1 to Georgia and 1-0 to Vanderbilt.
The Red Raiders return to Lubbock for their home opener against Stephen F. Austin on Fri., Sept. 7. The match is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. start, and all tickets will be $1.
The Roadrunners of Texas-San Antonio come to Lubbock Sun., Sept. 9, for a 1 p.m. match. All fans who still have their ticket stub from the UTEP football game will get in free.
