LUBBOCK, Texas - It's been 25 days since the Texas Tech women's soccer team (2-2-1) played an opponent before its home crowd, and the squad gets its second opportunity of the 1998 season Friday afternoon as state-rival TCU comes to R.P. Fuller Stadium. Game time is slated for 3 p.m.

TCU, riding a three-game winning streak, leads the series history, 3-1-2. The most recent meeting took place last season in Lubbock on Oct. 1 as Tech lost to the Horned Frogs, 4-3, in the first overtime period. The Horned Frogs (4-2) are coached by David Rubinson, who is in his 12th year at the helm.

Admission for all home soccer games are $4 for adults and $2 for high school students and under. Tickets can be purchased at the stadium gate as well as at the Tech Ticket Office. Fans attending the game can sign up for the Soccer And More Spin-to-Win halftime contest.
