Friday Recap: Texas Tech 2 Iowa State 1

LUBBOCK, Texas - After opening Big 12 play with a 2-1 victory at Iowa State, No. 15 Texas Tech will close its season-long six match road swing Sunday with a highly anticipated match at Oklahoma State.

First kick is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Cowgirl Soccer Complex.

Both junior Paige Strahan and sophomore Hannah Devine scored in the first half of Friday's 2-1 victory over the Cyclones. Now, Tech will look to extend its school record seven-match winning streak with a win Sunday over the Cowgirls.

The Red Raiders enter Sunday with a 10-1-0 record and a 1-0 mark in conference play. Texas Tech shutout Oklahoma State 2-0 last season in front of a national television audience on FOX Soccer Channel. Janine Beckie scored twice in the match which concluded the record-breaking 2012 regular season.
