COMING UP THIS WEEK
The Texas Tech soccer team hits the road for another tough weekend of Big 12 soccer action. The Red Raiders, coming off two losses to No. 15 Colorado and No. 14 Nebraska, must regroup soon as they will take on fifth-ranked Texas A&M in College Station on Friday night and Texas on Sunday afternoon in Austin. Texas Tech is currently 2-7-1 on the season and 1-3 in Big 12 play.

TECH LOOKING FOR FULL 90 MINUTES OF ACTION
Texas Tech head coach Felix Oskam and his Red Raiders played two great matches this past weekend in the first 45 minutes of the game. It is the other 45 minutes that Oskam hopes his team can improve on. The Red Raiders scored the first goals in both games against No. 15 Colorado and No. 14 Nebraska but ran out of gas in the second half and ended up falling 5-1 and 3-1 respectively.

Texas Tech will have a difficult task ahead of them this weekend as the Red Raiders will take on fifth-ranked A&M in College Station. The Aggies are undefeated at home this season (5-0) and have been ranked as high as No. 3. A&M is led by Emma Smith and Kristen Strutz who have six goals each on the season.

The Texas Longhorns are currently 6-6 on the year and 1-2 in league play. The Horns are led by Kelly McDonald who has seven goals on the year.
