SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011)
Became a regular behind the plate during her sophomore season ... played in 33 games while making 21 starts ... has caught mainly for Brittany Talley all season ... split time at catcher with Holley Gentsch late in the year ... hit .403 on the season in 62 at-bats ... the only player with at least 10 starts to hit over .400 .... also drove in 16 RBI ... connected on two home runs and two doubles as well ... recorded eight multiple-hit and three multiple-RBI games ... drilled her first career home run against Utah Valley on Feb. 20 ... went 2-for-3 at the plate with a career high three RBI against Alcorn State on March 13 ... followed that up with a 2-for-3 peformance against Colorado State that included two RBI ... IN BIG 12 PLAY ... appeared in 12 games, while making seven starts ... hit .261 during that stretch, while also recording two RBI ... drove in the first of a five-run seventh inning against Nebraska on May 1 ... her RBI ended up being all Tech needed to win ... AT NCAA TUCSON REGIONAL ... appeared in only one game, the regional opener against New Mexico State ... made the start and finished 0-for-1 at the plate.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2010)
Appeared in 23 games as a freshman, including 15 starts ... served as the primary backup for catcher Holley Gentsch ... was one of Tech's main options off the bench to pinch hit ... recorded a .216 average on the year with nine RBI ... added a double and six runs scored ... finished with a .273 on-base percentage as well ... also had a team-high three sacrifice flies ... had hits in four of five games during a stretch in early March ... recorded first of two multiple-hit games against Boise State on March 7, going 2-for-3 with an RBI ... added 2 RBI in a 1-for-1 day against North Carolina Central on March 12 ... had a similar performance the following day with a season-high 3 RBI ... finished the North Carolina Central series with 6 RBI ... made starts in Big 12 play against Oklahoma State (April 22) and at Kansas (April 25) ... was 2-for-3 against the Jayhawks ... also saw action against UC Davis and Stanford in the postseason regional ... was 0-for-2 in two plate appearances against Stanford.
