LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech senior pitcher Amanda Renfro appears in the top 40 in three categories in the NCAA statistics this week, moving up in all three categories for games through April 8.

The Lutheran North High School product stands tied for the lead in wins in the nation at 24 with Iowa's Kristi Hanks. Renfro headed into play this week 24-12, and notched her 25th win of the year Wednesday in a doubleheader split at 23rd-ranked Baylor.

The Houston, Texas, native is currently tied for 19th in the country in strikeouts per seven innings at 9.5, having collected 326 strikeouts in 241.1 innings of work heading into this week's play. She is also tied for 31st in ERA in the nation at 0.90 after last weekend's sweep of Kansas at home, and lowered her season earned-run-average to 0.88 after the twinbill against Baylor.

The Red Raiders host defending national champion and seventh-ranked Oklahoma this weekend in a pair of contests, with game times set for 2 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday at Rocky Johnson Field on the Tech campus.
