LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech junior Sandy James was named to the Collegesoftball360.com Primetime Performers Thursday after hitting a pair of home runs in the Red Raiders' series win over Oklahoma State last weekend.

The honor marks the first for any Tech player all-time by the website and the second weekly award for James this season as she was the Big 12 Player of the Week for Feb. 13-20.

James went 3-for-7 with four RBI against the Cowgirls, helping Tech overcome its series-opening loss by connecting on two home runs in Sunday's 8-4 victory. The Dallas native reached base in all three games, extending her streak to 11-straight heading into the postseason.

The Red Raiders will find out their postseason fate this Sunday evening when the NCAA Regional selections are unveiled at 9 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
