Baylor Tops Texas Tech Women's Tennis 6-3

WACO, Texas -- Texas Tech Women's Tennis Team bowed 6-3 to Baylor Saturday at the Streich Tennis Center.

The Lady Raiders fell behind early in singles action 4-2. But both Eva Eguiguren (4-6, 6-1, 6-1) and Amanda Earhart (7-6, {7-3}, 6-4) topped their Baylor opponents in three sets.

The doubles team of Misty Meyer and Christine VanRegemorter notched the only other Texas Tech win, 9-8.

The Lady Raiders will return to action on March 15 in a Big 12 matchup against Kansas.
