Caroline Starck was head coach Todd Petty's first recruit and will leave as a member of the winningest senior class in program history. She has captained the Lady Raiders to two Big 12 titles and a pair of trips to the NCAA Championships. When Starck leaves the South Plains, she will have won more matches than any other player in the modern era, won three position titles and several other accolades.

2012-13 (SENIOR):
Led Texas Tech to its second straight Big 12 title ... named team captain ... named Academic All-Big 12 ... won the Big 12 No. 6 Singles position title ... teamed with Elizabeth Ullathorne to claim the Big 12 No. 3 Doubles position title ... became the first Lady Raider in the modern era to record her 90th win, when she topped Jenna Langhorst, 6-3, 6-3 ... currently has a career record of 95-40, which is the best record by a Lady Raider in the last 25 years ... first player in the modern era to have four consecutive seasons with 20 or more wins ... currently has a singles record of 21-8, including a 16-5 mark in dual matches ... has gone 11-4 at No. 6 singles this season and 4-1 at No. 5 ... her 11 wins at No. 6 ranks tied for eighth most in program history ... Starck and Ullathorne have combined for an amazing doubles season ... The duo are 19-3 at No. 3 doubles, which is a school record ... overall, Starck has had a career-best 24-7 season in doubles.

2011-2012 (JUNIOR):
Helped lead Texas Tech to its first-ever Big 12 title ... named team captain ... named Academic All-Big 12 ... won the Big 12 No. 4 Singles position title after finishing 7-2 in league play ... finished second on the team in wins after notching a 27-10 record in singles ... recorded an 18-5 record in dual matches, including a 16-5 mark at No. 4 ... went 9-5 in the fall ... her 16 wins at No. 4 are the second most in program history ... became the fast player to reach 70 career wins in program history (99 matches) ... went 19-13 in doubles, including 13-8 in dual matches ... picked up the deciding point in a 4-3 upset victory over No. 20 Texas A&M, when she defeated Lauren Santacroce 2-6, 6-2, 6-1.

2010-2011 (SOPHOMORE):
Selected a 2011 ITA Scholar Athlete ... named Academic All-Big 12 ... for the second straight season, lead the team in singles wins after finishing the season with a 26-10 record ... went 18-7 in dual matches and 8-3 in the fall ... played primarily from the No. 3 position, where she finished 12-6 ... her 12 wins at No. 3 rank fifth best in program history ... went 7-4 in conference matches ... after having five doubles partners as a freshman, settled down with Nikki Sanders as a sophomore ... the duo went 21-7, including 16-5 in dual matches ... Starck and Sanders were 8-3 in the Big 12 and 5-2 in the fall.

2009-2010 (FRESHMAN):
As a freshman, led the Lady Raiders in wins, as she notched a 21-12 singles record, including a 16-7 dual match mark ... played primarily at No. 5, but also saw time at No. 4 and No. 6 ... went 8-3 in Big 12 play in singles ... finished the fall 5-5 in singles ... she was 7-3 in her last ten matches of the season ... Caroline opened non-conference singles play with four consecutive wins ... she was 8-3 in conference singles matches and had a stretch of six straight Big 12 wins in singles play ... her 8-3 mark was third in conference play at the No. 5 spot ... was 12-14 in doubles action for the year with five different partners ... she and her doubles partners were 4-6 in Big 12 doubles play ... her 14 wins at the No. 5 position ranks fourth in program history.
