Kilgo, Kiro, Toti Advance To Flight Finals|
Freshman Lynn Kiro is making an immediate impact by advancing to the flight finals of her first event.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Texas Tech advanced three singles players and one doubles team into the finals of their respective flights at the Little Rock Classic held at the Country Club of Little Rock on Saturday.
No. 98 Kenna Kilgo toppled Memphis’ Caroline Wegner, 6-2, 6-3 to advance to the Flight 2 Finals on Sunday, while freshman standout Lynn Kiro dropped Ole Miss’ Allie Robbins, 6-0, 6-2 to reach the Flight 3 Finals. Stephanie Mikesz of Memphis then defaulted to send Sarah Toti to the Flight 4 Finals.
The lone loss in single came in Flight 1, where Tech’s Samantha Adams was injured and had to default to No. 39 Caroline Rhode-Moe of Ole Miss.
In doubles, the No. 9 tandem of Adams and Kilgo made haste of Memphis’ Skylar Kuykendall and Alyssa Hibberd, 8-1, before dropping Oklahoma’s Hermon Brhane and Morgan Chumney, 8-2 to reach the finals.
In Flight 2 Doubles, Toti and Kiro lost their first match to the team of Wegner and Mikesz of Memphis, 8-6, but rallied in consolation to top Oklahoma’s Whitney Wofford and Mia Lancaster, 8-4.
