LOS ANGELES – Texas Tech’s No. 6 tandem of Samantha Adams and Kenna Kilgo were upset by the unranked duo of Rachael White and Melissa Kopinski of Illinois, 8-5, Riviera/ITA All-American Women’s Tennis Championships on Thursday.

White and Kopinski have defeated four nationally ranked opponents in the past three days, including two top 10 squads on Thursday.

Adams and Kilgo will now move to the backdraw of the doubles tournament.
