Kenna Kilgo Captures Singles, Doubles Titles In Houston|
Kenna Kilgo captured the Flight 1 singles and doubles crown at the Cougar Classic.

In the end, Kilgo, who is ranked No. 98, topped teammate Kiro, 6-3, 6-4 to win the singles title. Rashmi Teltumbde defeathe No. 49 Dominique Harmath of Rice, 6-4, 6-1 for third place.
Texas Tech’s No. 61 Samantha Adams won the Flight 2 consolation finals with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Rice’s Liat Zimmerman.
In doubles, Kilgo and Adams, who are ranked No. 9 nationally, cruised to the Flight 1 title with an 8-2 win over the Kansas duo of Maria Belen Luduena and Maria Jose Cardona. Teltumbde and Kiro then captured third place in Flight 2 with an 8-5 win over Kansas’ Paulina Los and Dylan Windom.
In Albuquerque at the UNM Fall Invitational, Beatriz Machado Santos used a straight set win over Colorado’s Ashley Tiefel, 6-2, 6-2, to win the Turquoise Flight finals on Sunday.
Claire Williams topped UTEP’s Anastasiya Sylenko, 6-1, 6-0, to finish seventh in the Black Flight.
