LUBBOCK, Texas - The Red Raider Club hosts the second annual First Serve/ First Tee reception on January 23 at the Caprock Winery at 6 p.m. Special guest includes former Lady Raider head basketball coach Marsha Sharp.

This event is held to give the community a chance to meet the Lady Raiders and coaches of both the women's tennis and women's golf teams. A silent auction of Texas Tech memorabilia will be held along with an introduction of all teams and individual team awards. Cost for the event is $15. The women's tennis team will return to the court on January 26 at 5 p.m. as they host Oregon at the Mcleod Tennis Center. Women's golf opens their season at the Baja Invitational on Feb. 4-5 in Baja, Mexico.
