Lubbock, Texas - No. 61 Texas Tech women's tennis will travel for two SEC matches this weekend. The Lady Raiders will face Mississippi State, Sat., Feb. 18, at 1 p.m., and No. 55 Alabama, Sun., Feb. 19, at 11 a.m. The squad is sitting at 4-1 (1-0 Big 12) on the season.

This weekend will mark the first match up between the Lady Raiders and the Mississippi State Lady Bulldogs. Tech leads the series with the Alabama Crimson Tide, 1-0.

Mississippi State is sitting at 0-4 on the season. Their losses have come at the hands of No. 71 Houston, No. 72 Troy, No. 57 Rice and No. 65 SMU. They face UAB, on Thurs., Feb. 16, before the Saturday match with Tech.

The No. 55 Alabama Crimson Tide is sitting at 1-3 on the season. After a three-match losing skid against No. 53 Denver, No. 41 Colorado and No. 8 Northwestern, the Tide picked up a 7-0 win against Furman.
