LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's tennis team heads to Las Vegas, Nev. this weekend, Feb. 25-27, to compete in the fourth annual UNLV Lady Rebel Classic. The Lady Raiders open play against New Mexico at 10 a.m. on Friday at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

First through eighth place will be determined by playing four matches a day running concurrently at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and at 9 a.m. and noon on Sunday. No. 46 UNLV will host the tournament. Other schools participating include No. 15 Tulane, No. 21 Fresno State, No. 33 New Mexico, Oklahoma State, Cal State Northridge and Northern Arizona.

The Lady Raiders come off of a break from competition and still hold a 0-4 record. Tech will face Kansas State, Sat., March 5, at 10 a.m.
