LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech women's tennis team, 2-8 (1-3 Big 12) hosts a pair of home matches this weekend when they take on Kansas State and Baylor at the Athletic Training Center tennis courts. Tech faces the Wildcats at 10 a.m. on Saturday and face Baylor Sunday at 10 a.m.

Tech is 1-2 in their last three matches, defeating Iowa State last Friday but falling in consecutive matches to Missouri and Kansas. The Red Raiders are led by senior Amanda Earhart. Earhart is 5-5 on the season and 3-1 in Big 12 play at the No. 1 singles position.

Baylor comes into the match ranked No. 29 in the nation. Kansas State is ranked No. 50.
