Extensive coverage on tap for the Big 12 Golf and Tennis Championships this weekend.

Texas Tech Athletics will be providing unprecedented coverage of the upcoming Big 12 Championships in men's and women's golf and men's and women's tennis.

Members of the athletics communications and sports broadcasting teams will be on site in Lawrence, Kan., for the women's golf championship, in College Station for the men's and women's tennis championships and in Trinity for the men's golf championship.

Daily coverage will include recaps, feature stories, video highlights, photos, as well as interviews with coaches and players. In an effort to make the coverage for all four championships easy for fans to follow, Texas Tech has created a special championships page for the weekend.

Weekend Schedule
Friday: 8:40 a.m. - Women's Golf first round, Lawrence Country Club, Lawrence, Kan.
Friday: 8:45 a.m. - Men's Golf first round, Whispering Pines Golf Club, Trinity, Texas
Friday: 9 a.m. - Women's Tennis vs. winner of OSU/ISU, Mitchell Tennis Center, College Station
Friday: 2 p.m. - Men's Golf second round, Whispering Pines Golf Club, Trinity, Texas
Saturday: TBA - Men's & Women's Golf
Saturday: 11 a.m. - Men's Tennis vs. winner of Baylor/OSU, Mitchell Tennis Center, College Station
Sunday: TBA - Men's & Women's Golf
Note: The Big 12 Tennis Championships are single elimination in format. There are no consolation rounds.
