LUBBOCK, Texas - Junior Tara Browning and Sophomore Lakann Wagley were named All-Big 12 doubles team. The two teamed up to earn the most wins in the conference.

Browning, a native of High Wycombe, Australia, teamed with Wagley, who comes to Tech from Oklahoma City, Okla., to post a 13-4 overall doubles record. The two wrapped up their season with a conference record of 8-3.

"I am very pleased," said head coach Cari Groce. "I think it is very deserving. They finished top in the conference with the most wins. They worked very hard over the summer and through out the season to make sure they were one of the top teams in the Big 12. I anticipate that they will continue to work hard to finish top in the country next season."

The Lady Raiders are currently awaiting the release of the 2005 NCAA Tournament bracket.
