LUBBOCK, TX - The Texas Tech women's tennis squad members are traveling in different directions this weekend for their final matches of the fall campaign. Four players are competing in the HEB Invitational in Waco, Texas, with the rest of the squad at the University of New Mexico Fall Invitational in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Samantha Adams, Lorena Aviles, Sandra Dynka, and Kelsy Garland have their singles and doubles matches in Waco at the HEB Invitational. Play begins on Friday morning with Sandra Dynka and Lorena in their opening doubles match at 8 a.m. Kelsy Garland and Samantha Adams play their first doubles match an hour later.
Haley Fournier, Nikki Sanders, Caroline Starck, Lindsey Tristan, and Elizabeth Ullathorne begin play on Friday morning at the Linda Estes Tennis Complex in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in the UNM Fall Invitational.
These two matches complete the fall campaign for the women's tennis squad. Non-conference play begins on January 29 with the team taking on Wichita State in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
