The unseeded duo topped No. 3 tandem of Vavara Kuznetsova and Lena Specht, 6-3, 6-1 and followed that with a straight-set 6-1, 6-1 win over Americans Stephanie Kent and Casey Robinson to advance to the semifinals.

Kiro and Razafimahatratra then topped Madrie LeRoux and Chanel Simmonds in a super tiebreaker, 6-2, 1-6, 1-0 (12-10) to advance to the finals. The duo just came up short in the final, falling to No. 1-seeded Kim-Alice Grajdek and Keren Shlomo, 2-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-8).

Kiro is currently ranked No. 168 in the world by the ITF, but could see that ranking climb after her recent performance.
