High School: Graduated from Grinnell High School in Grinnell, Kansas... was a part of Grinnell's 1A state volleyball teams in 2001 and 2002.. finished third place in 2001... named to the all-state volleyball team in 2001 and 2002 and all-league first team in 2002 and 2003... led IA high schools in the state of Kansas for blocks during one season... participated in volleyball, basketball, track and cheerleading.

Personal: Born May 19, 1985 in Oakley, Kan.... daughter of Gary and Cheryl Ostmeyer... father is a graduate of Colby Community College and mother is a teacher and graduate of Fort Hays State University (Kansas)... has three siblings, Jason, 22, Layne, 14 and Lacey, 10.... enjoys playing sports, being outdoors, dancing and spending time with family and friends... majoring in speech language with the goal of working as a speech language pathologist or as a coach.
