Had one of the best seasons for a freshman setter in school history ... was one of three Red Raiders to appear in all 32 matches ... started in 29 matches, all at the setter position ... played in 113 sets, which was third-most on the team only behind Tory Vaughan and Rachel Brummitt ... totaled 1,071 assists on the year at a 9.48 per set rate ... finished the year ranked seventh in the Big 12 Conference for digs per set ... her total was the second-most among the league's freshmen setters, trailing only Oklahoma's Julia Doyle (9.52 per set) ... assists per set average lowered late in the season when Texas Tech turned to a 6-2 rotation for several matches ... finished with 40 or more assists in seven different matches ... set a season high with 71 assists Sept. 14 in a five-set victory over Houston Baptist ... marked the most assists by a Red Raider since Laura Grote dished out 81 on Oct. 30, 2002, against Kansas State ... was the most assists by a Big 12 player all season ... was one of just three conference setters to register 60 or more assists in a match ... also had 17 digs against Houston Baptist for one of her team-high seven double-doubles on the year ... her 17 digs were three off her season high set on Sept. 3 against North Texas ... totaled 54 assists against the Mean Green as well for her fourth double-double of the year in just the first eight matches of the year ... joined Brummitt as the only two Red Raiders to reach the 20-dig mark in a match ... was named the Big 12 Rookie of the Week on Sept. 4 for her performance in the Lone Star Showdown ... recorded 111 assists, 21 digs and seven blocks over the three-match tournament ... posted her third double-double of the year with 38 assists and 10 digs in a 3-0 victory over Northwestern State ... was one of three Red Raider freshman to earn Rookie of the Week honors ... marked the first time a Tech setter earned a conference weekly award since Lisa Hilgers on Nov. 16, 1998 ... also had double-double performances in the season opener against Fordham (Aug. 24), Boston College (Aug. 25) and Furman (Sept. 8) ... final double-double of the year came Oct. 27 against West Virginia ... dished out 43 assists to go along with 12 digs against the Mountaineers ... came close to several other double-doubles with nine digs against Rice, Nevada, and Baylor ... was also effective serving with 21 aces, which was second on the team behind Brummitt's 27 ... five of those aces came against Central Arkansas on Oct. 2 ... was the most by a Red Raider since Holly Hicks dropped seven in against Stony Brook on Sept. 2, 2005 ... her 44 blocks were sixth-most on the team ... had a season-high six blocks against Boston College on Aug. 25 in her strongest performance at the net all season ... finished with 234 digs at a 2.07 per rate average, second-highest on the team.
