Theresa Bowman is in her 12th year as administrative assistant for the Texas Tech volleyball program. She assists head coach Don Flora, Tech's two assistant coahes, Beth Falls and Jojit Coronel, as well as director of operations Amy Gandy by maintaining the recruiting database, booking travel arrangements, and various other office duties.

Bowman, a native of Pampa, Texas, came to Texas Tech from Temple College and began work in the Red Raider Club in January of 1998. In December of 1999, she moved to the volleyball office at the United Spirit Arena.

She has been married to her husband, Monty, for 27 years. The couple has two daughters, Amber and Brook.
