JUNIOR SEASON (2011)
Returned to the libero position for the first time since her freshman year ... played in all but one of Tech's 113 sets on the year, the most on the team ... saw action in every match for the second-straight season ... recorded team-high 409 digs on the back row ... became just the seventh player in school history to have 400 digs in a season ... total ranks seventh all-time as well on the single-season chart ... posted the most digs for any Tech player since Desiree Batista in 2005 ... will have a chance to enter the school's career top 10 as a senior ... more than doubled her digs total from her sophomore season ... finished the regular season ranked eighth in the Big 12 with a 3.65 digs per set average ... was in double-digits 24 times, including 11 of Tech's first 12 matches ... notched a new career-high with 21 digs against Morehead State ... would come close to breaking that total with 20 digs at New Mexico ... finally snapped the mark a match later against Oklahoma, finishing with 26 digs ... neared the 20-dig mark once again the following match at Baylor with 18 total ... topped her career high for the final time when the Bears returned to Lubbock on Oct. 26, posting 31 digs in Tech's five-set victory ... the total marked the most for a Tech player in the rally scoring era (2001-present) ... was also the most for a Red Raider since Ann Romjue set the school record with 36 against Texas A&M on Nov. 18, 2000 ... also had a career-high seven assists against the Bears, nearing a double-double ... earned Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week honors for the performance the following week ... would end the year in double-digits in each of the final seven matches ... also led the squad in service aces with 23 ... surpassed her total from her freshman and sophomore seasons combined ... set a new career high in the category with three against Northwestern State ... later matched the total a week later against Grambling State during the Louisiana Tech Invitational ... provide she could set out-of-system as well ... finished with 85 assists on the year, doubling the total from her first two seasons ... an Academic All-Big 12 first team selection.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010)
One of Tech's best passers from the back row ... played in every match, making 20 starts ... one of three players to play in every match ... missed only nine sets with five of those coming in Big 12 play ... fourth on the team in digs ... averaging 1.56 digs per set ... posted first double-digit digs performance in the Big 12 opener against Missouri with 11, falling two shy of her career high ... ... came close to double-digits the match before against Northeastern, ending with nine digs ... had five or more digs in 16 matches ... notched her first kill of the season against Oklahoma ... led the team in digs at Kansas with six ... set a new career-high for attacks with four against Nebraska ... came close to matching her career high in digs at Colorado, finishing with 12 in the match ... set a new career high with two service aces in the season finale at Baylor ... named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2009)
Appeared in 77 sets, 27 matches as either a defensive specialist or as the libero and averaged 1.86 digs per set ... a pleasant surprise for the team, she finished with 143 digs whether wearing that off-colored jersey or not ... four times had double-digit defensive efforts, with her best performance at Texas State when she scooped up 13 digs and in the Big 12 when she dug 12 balls vs. K-State at home in the final match of the season ... had 8 service aces and had 4 kills from the back row.
CHURCHILL HIGH SCHOOL
Competed in volleyball and track ... was a first-team all-district libero, alongside now teammate Miara Cave ... a three-year letterwinner ... earned San Antonio Express-News Player-of-the-Week honors ... graduated with honors and was a member of the National Honors Society ... also a Ford Salute to Education, Texas Tech Academic and RHIM Scholarship recipient ... was in the top 10 percent of the state academically.
Was honored to be part of a bronze-medal winning Junior Olympic team in 2006.
