LUBBOCK, Texas - Texas Tech volleyball was unable to find a rhythm against a Missouri team that finished with a .337 hitting percentage, losing in three sets (25-18, 26-24, 25-15).

In the first set Tech fought back from five down and brought the deficit to three points but couldn't answer Missouri's run and lost 25-18. The Red Raiders had a seven-point advantage in the second set but failed to put away the Tigers and lost 26-24. Tech came out in the third set out of sync and lost 25-15.

"We have to have bigger efforts, people have to make changes and we have to do things differently," head coach Nancy Todd said after the match.

Middle blocker Amanda Dowdy led the Red Raiders with 13 kills and middle blocker Brandi Hood recorded 11 kills. Setter Caroline Witte finished the game with a double-double as she had 10 digs and 29 assists.
