Supporting the Red Raiders on the road? The Texas Tech Ticket Office staff is on-site at all away games to sign-in player guests and assist Tech fans with any seating problems.

If you have received guest tickets from a Texas Tech player, or have ticket problems with seats you ordered from the Texas Tech Ticket Office, please visit our will call gate at the following venues.

For tickets or parking passes ordered through the Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office that were lost or never received, please contact our Bowl Office at the Hilton Anatole from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 29 through Jan. 1.

Athletic Ticket Office
The Texas Tech Athletic Ticket Office is located at the North end of Jones AT&T Stadium, off of 4th Street and University Ave. Business hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours of operation will be extended the day of home football games. If you need to contact the ticket office, you may call (806) 742-TECH or toll free 1-888 GO BIG12 (1-888-462-4412).
